The second day of the Visiting Professor lecture was held on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 09.00-11.30 WIB in the IDB Computer Laboratory room on the 2nd floor of FMIPA UNY. In this lecture, Prof. Wei-Ying Wu, Ph.D. delivered material on convergence rate and Monte Carlo integration which are useful for dealing with high-dimensional integration problems. On Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 09.00–12.00 WIB, the Statistics Study Program of UNY held a Visiting Professor lecture with Prof. Wei-Ying Wu, Ph.D. from Department of Applied Mathematics, National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan. He attended with four postgraduate students from the university. This activity carries the theme of Statistical Computing and will last for four days, namely on May 15, 16, 19, and 20, 2025 in the FMIPA Ballroom on the 4th floor.
