The progress of the Bachelor of Statistics Study Program at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta is inseparable from its commitment to conducting periodic evaluations. These evaluations are carried out through various methods, including regular surveys that encompass the entire academic community of the Statistics Study Program. Some of the results from the surveys conducted in 2025 are presented below.

1. Survey on Understanding of Vision and Mission 

Kemajuan Program Studi S1 Statistika Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kesediaan untuk melakukan evaluasi secara berkala. Evaluasi tersebut dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, termasuk di antaranya survei berkala yang menyasar seluruh civitas akademika Program Studi S1 Statistika. Beberapa hasil survei yang dilakukan pada tahun 2025 adalah sebagai berikut.

1. Survei Pemahaman Visi Misi 

Tuesday, January 14, 2025, was a happy day for the academic community of FMIPA UNY, especially for the Statistics Undergraduate Study Program. Today, the Coordinator of Undergraduate Statistics Study Program, Mrs. Kismiantini, Ph.D. delivered a professorship inauguration speech in the field of Statistical Modeling, together with 5 professors from the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP), Faculty of Languages, Arts, and Culture (FBSB), Faculty of Engineering (FT), and Faculty of Social Sciences, Law, and Political Sciences (FISHIPOL).

Selasa, 14 Januari 2025 menjadi hari yang membahagiakan bagi civitas akademika FMIPA UNY, teristimewa bagi civita akademika Program Studi S1 Statistika. Hari ini, Koorpordi Statistika Ibu Kismiantini, Ph.D. menyampaikan pidato pengukuhan guru besar di bidang Pemodelan Statistika, bersama 5 guru besar dari Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP), Fakultas Bahasa, Seni, dan Budaya (FBSB), Fakultas Teknik (FT), serta Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Hukum, dan Ilmu Politik (FISHIPOL).

Bivariate data analysis is one of the new materials that appears in the Learning Outcomes of the Independent Curriculum for Phase E and Phase F, namely the senior secondary school level. Realizing this condition, the Community Service Team of the Department of Mathematics Education is trying to help senior secondary school Mathematics teachers to master the material, so that they can teach it to their students.

Analisis data bivariat merupakan salah satu materi baru yang muncul dalam Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) Kurikulum Merdeka untuk Fase E dan Fase F, yakni jenjang SMA/sederajat. Menyadari kondisi tersebut, Tim Pengabdi Departemen Pendidikan Matematika berupaya membantu para guru Matematika SMA untuk menguasai materi tersebut, sehingga diharapkan dapat menyampaikannya dengan baik kepada para peserta didik.

On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, a Team of Lecturers consisting of Prof. Dr. Dhoriva Urwatul Wutsqa, M.S., Dr. Mathilda Susanti, M.Sc., Ezra Putranda Setiawan, S.Si., M.Sc., and Siti Kholifah, S.Si., M.Pd. carried out a Community Service (PPM) activity entitled "Workshop on Developing Statistical Literacy Questions for Secondary School Mathematics Teachers". This activity was held with the cooperation and support of the Senior Secondary School Mathematics Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) of Purworejo Regency, Central Java Province.

Pada Rabu, 31 Juli 2024, Tim Dosen yang terdiri dari Prof. Dr. Dhoriva Urwatul Wutsqa, M.S., Dr. Mathilda Susanti, M.Si., Ezra Putranda Setiawan, S.Si., M.Sc., dan Siti Kholifah, S.Si., M.Pd. melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PPM) bertajuk "Workshop Pengembangan Soal-soal Literasi Statistika untuk Guru Matematika SMA/sederajat". Kegiatan ini terselenggara atas Kerjasama dan dukungan dari Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Matematika SMA Kabupaten Purworejo, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Pada hari Selasa tanggal 20 Agustus 2024 telah dilaksanakan visitasi audit mutu internal oleh Auditor Internal Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yaitu Bapak Achmad Arifin S.Pd., M.Eng., Ph.D. dan Bapak Dr. Pasca Tri Kaloka S.Pd., M.Pd. terhadap auditee Prodi S1 Statistika Departemen Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Dari skala 1 sampai 4, kriteria maksimal diperoleh pada kriteria (1) visi misi tujuan dan strategi; (3) mahasiswa dan alumi; dan (7) penelitian.

On Tuesday, August 20, 2024, an internal quality audit visit was carried out by the Internal Auditor of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, namely Mr. Achmad Arifin S.Pd., M.Eng., Ph.D. and Mr. Dr. Pasca Tri Kaloka S.Pd., M.Pd. on the auditee of the S1 Statistics Study Program, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. From a scale of 1 to 4, the maximum criteria were obtained in criteria (1) vision, mission, goals and strategies; (3) students and alumni; and (7) research.
