Asma 'Khoirunnisa' (Statistics 2021) won 3rd place in the 2023 FMIPA UNY Achievement Student Selection (PILMAPRES) which was attended by the 10 Best Students representing each study program in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. In more detail, this selection was attended by students from the Bachelor of Statistics, Undergraduate Mathematics, Undergraduate Science Education, Undergraduate Biology, Undergraduate Chemistry, and Undergraduate Physics Education study programs. This year's selection feels different and more "challenging" because it was held offline, taking place in Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2 of FMIPA UNY on Monday, April 3, 2023 yesterday. In the 2023 FMIPA UNY Outstanding Student Selection (PILMAPRES), there are several things that need to be prepared such as CVs, Student Excellence Achievements, and drafts of Student Creative Ideas. Furthermore, in the final stage, presentations and questions and answers on Creative Ideas, Personality Interviews, and Interviews were held in English.

One of the judges, Dr. Isti Yunita after the completion of the selection event gave motivation and reinforcement to all participants. Dr. Isti Yunita said that students need to learn new things. For example, Mathematics students should not only learn Mathematics but also learn to hone other soft skills, especially public speaking and foreign language skills (English). He added that don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. Therefore, taking part in PILMAPRES like this is also an effort to try to get out of your comfort zone.

During her studies, Asma' Khoirunnisa' won several prizes, awards and scientific publications, including winning a Bronze Medal in the 2023 Agritech Research and Entrepreneurship Innovation (AGREETION) by Brawijaya University, Best Presenter in The 1st International Youth Conference on Village SDG's 2022 by Desamind who affiliated with the Ministry of Villages and Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (PDTT), and is actively involved in several researches on PKM. Now, Asma' is also carrying out the mandate as Coordinator (Chairman) of the PKM Center FMIPA UNY for the term of service in 2023. Thank you to all the lecturers and families of the S1 Statistics Study Program for all the support and knowledge that has been given so that there are students who can win 3rd place in the PILMAPRES FMIPA UNY 2023.
