To ensure the quality of performance and services to students, lecturers, education staff, cooperation partners, and users of graduates, Yogyakarta State University (UNY) through the Directorate of Quality Assurance (DPM) continuously conducts surveys to determine the level of satisfaction of various parties with the performance and various services at UNY. For this reason, in 2023 a satisfaction survey was conducted from various stakeholders using valid and reliable instruments developed by DPM UNY. As part of UNY, the academic community of the Statistics S1 Study Program also participated in the survey.

From the results of the survey, it can be seen that for the answers "very satisfying" and "satisfying", a total of more than 80% of respondents chose it in each type of survey. This means that the performance and various services at UNY in general, and at FMIPA UNY in particular, have satisfied most of the participants who became survey respondents this year. Related to the student survey covering satisfaction with management and student services, it was found that student satisfaction with student services at FMIPA was 49.09% very satisfied and 46.86 satisfied. Furthermore, the average student satisfaction with management services was in the aspect of certainty with an average of 47.46% very satisfied and 47.77% satisfied. The indicator of this aspect is the service provided in accordance with the procedure.

A survey of educational staff was also conducted in 2023. The aspects surveyed this year were responsiveness, reliability, friendliness, certainty and real. There were three aspects with the highest scores with an average of very satisfied being 53.66% and satisfied 43.90%. Overall, more than 80% of respondents were satisfied and very satisfied with the management of the Faculty.
