Socialization of Field Work Practices for UNY Statistics Study Program Students

On Wednesday 27 January 2021, the UNY Statistics Study Program held a 'Socialization of Field Work Practices (PKL) for UNY Statistics Study Program students Class of 2018 and 2019". This activity began with a presentation of PKL material by the Coordinator of the Statistics Study Program (Kismiantini, Ph.D.) and followed by sharing experiences of supervising PKL and reporting by lecturers from the Statistics Study Program (Dr. Dhoriva Urwatul Wutsqa, Rosita Kusumawati, M.Sc., Syarifah Inayati, M.Sc., and Ezra Putranda Setiawan, M.Sc.), as well as the experience of several students who have carried out PKL (Angeliya Milla Khariyani, Adi Setiawan, Nusyrotus Sa`adah, Nova Aditya Putri, Salsa-Billa Syahida Al-Hasania, Afrizal Nurhidayat). This activity was attended by around 60 students. Currently, most of the UNY Statistics Study Program students Class of 2018 have/are carrying out PKL, including at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which is spread across various areas of student origin, the Regional Finance and Assets Agency for Sleman and Bantul Regency, the Gunungkidul Regency Social Service, UNY Sociology Lab, and Yogyakarta Communications, Informatics and Coding Service.
