Collaboration requires several main components, including Attitude, Structure, Content, Communication, and Relationship (ASCCR). Attitude is the attitude required by a statistician during collaboration. The structure in collaborating has several stages, namely Prepare, Open, Work, End, and Reflect (POWER) or in Indonesian Prepare, Begin, Work, End and Reflect (SABAR). Content in a statistics or data science project has three components, namely qualitative, quantitative and qualitative. These components have an order, namely beginning, middle and end. Communication is a skill that statistics require in collaborating, the skills needed include the ability to express opinions, understand each other, and explain solutions to the problems they want to solve. Relationship is a person's ability to maintain good relationships with a team when collaborating.
